Behind the
Design

I'm an architect trained at the Southern California Institute of Architecture, Los Angles - one of the most forward thinking design schools of the world. But unlike most architects, I've spent the last three years embedded in the real estate development world, working directly on marketing projects with India's top developers.

I've been in the briefing rooms. I understand sales targets, buyer profiles, and what it takes to move units. That fluency - between design thinking, developer language and sales team language - is what makes me different from any agency you've worked with.
