This building is a proposition for the upcoming Institute building for ICAI in Ahmedabad. This design excels in connecting one vertically through the floors. Each floor is strategically planned and assigned a program that would be best fit for it, keeping in mind the distribution of open spaces for leisure and furnishing it with a sense of openness. 
The design incorporates stacking parking in the basement, water features and landscape designed gardens on the entry level, with the programs with assigned floor spaces above. The building invites you with a lush green foyer taking you inside through the exhibition hall to enter in the building. The verticality of the building allows for providing such open spaces enhancing the efficiency of the programs on each floor.
